Product Alteration Policy
When selecting the appropriate abaya size according to the size chart available on the product page, you may add notes specifying the required alterations.
Please note that alterations are available only for the length.
Available alterations include:
- Shortening the abaya
- lengthening the abaya by one inch.
Alterations after receiving the abaya (within the first three days):
If you wish to alter the abaya size after receiving it, the alteration is free of charge during the first three days from the date of delivery.
Alterations are limited to length adjustment only, under the conditions mentioned above.
Alterations after three days from receiving the abaya:
If more than three days have passed since you received the abaya and you wish to request an alteration, it will still be available only for length adjustment, under the same conditions mentioned above.
In this case, an alteration fee of 50 Qatari Riyals (QAR) will apply.
Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day exchange policy, meaning you have 3 days from the date you receive the product to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions/Non-Exchangeable Products
Certain types of products, such as custom-made or personalized items, are non-exchangeable. We also do not accept returns of products that have been modified according to your specifications.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for discounted items or gift cards.
Damages and Problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt, and contact us directly if there are any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.
