What is the Product Exchange Policy?
Exchange is available within three days of receiving the product, provided that it is in the same condition as when it was received, with all tags attached and the purchase invoice included. Please note that we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges for any product that has been customized upon request, or for any product that is discounted or on sale.

When will I get my order?
- Within one day if there are no special requests.
- Within two days if there are special modifications.
Do you ship outside of Qatar?
Not at the moment, but that will be available in the near future.
Can I alter the size of the abaya when purchasing it?
Yes, you can choose the size that suits you (based on the attached size chart) and add a note with any modifications. Please note that the only modifications currently available are to the length, which can be:
- Shortening
- Lengthening up to a maximum of one inch
